Any reference to “website”, “online store” or similar term refers to www.youniqyou.com.

We sell our products to you via this website subject to these terms and conditions and you should read these terms before using this website. In using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree then you should not use this website.


The display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you. Your order placed on our website constitutes your offer to us to purchase the product/s in your basket. However, we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer. We will not accept your offer until such time that you are emailed to inform you that the products you ordered have been despatched. Once you receive such an email we will be contracted to you and your contract will be concluded upon delivery of the ordered products. Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed via email will not form part of that contract and will form part of a separate contract when the remaining products have been dispatched.

In the event you make full payment for goods detailed in your order prior to our acceptance, we do not constitute this as acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract.

We reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to product price, product availability, a description error or payment problems. Any payments made for orders we do not accept will be refunded in full and you will be notified by email.

Promotional Codes

From time to time we may run promotions or provide promotional codes. These codes must be applied when you place and order on the website. We cannot apply these codes retrospectively and we will be unable to reimburse you the discount once the order is placed. If you believe a promotional code to be faulty or if you are having difficulty in applying the code, please email us via the ‘contact’ page on this website.


Payment is processed by PayPal and you will be directed away from our website to PayPal’s website (www.paypal.com) where payment will be processed. If you wish to cancel and order, we will refund the order in full.

In the event you choose to pay by bank transfer, you are responsible for any bank charges or transaction charges. In the event of a shortfall of the sum transferred, your order will not be despatched until this shortfall is met. You will also be responsible for bank charges incurred as a result of issuing a refund.

Payment is made to us in GBP pounds Sterling. Your bank, currency factor or PayPal will determine and apply the currency exchange rate and may charge you an administration fee. Please check with your provider before making a purchase to ensure you are aware of these charges. We will not accept any claims for shortfalls that occur during the currency exchange process.


All orders are despatched from our UK base via Royal Mail. We will not deliver any orders to PO Boxes.

On rare occasions and to ensure the quickest fulfilment of your order we may choose to drop ship goods direct from our supplier. In the event this situation arising, we will contact you by email prior to despatch to request your agreement to this.

Orders may generally require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that the delivery has been accepted by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product/s. For any orders delivered to freight forwarding companies, Hotels, B&Bs, storage and relocation companies nominated by you as accepting delivery on your behalf, we shall have no liability to you in respect of any product which is damaged following acceptance of the delivery by these locations on your behalf. If the order appears to have been tampered with, you should refuse delivery. If the delivery is accepted and signed for, you will have entered into a contract to accept the order in its delivered state and as such, we cannot assume liability for any subsequent issues surrounding loss or damage. These goods are at your risk on and after delivery to these locations and/or carriers.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

In the event of a delay in delivery we will do all we can to liaise with Royal Mail to locate your order and have it delivered to you. You may also contact the delivery company using the tracking number provided as a reference. In the case of lost items, we cannot refund or despatch replacement items until the delivery service confirms that your order has been lost.

If an item is returned to us undelivered because the recipient has not received or collected, we will offer to redespatch the order only once at no extra charge. If the order is undelivered again we reserve the right to charge delivery charges for subsequent deliveries.

If a delivery is failed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local sorting office to arrange redelivery or collect the order from their local depot.


Deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies. Import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from us. Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address you provide is incorrect or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. We are unable to offer you any assistance if either issue arises. Young You Ltd. will not accept any requests to reimburse these charges.

Many countries impose local restrictions in relation to the import of goods and the value of these goods. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs authorities before placing an order with us for international delivery. We are unable to offer you assistance with this. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination country as the recipient of the the items is the importer of record.


Since we despatch order promptly, we are unable to cancel order after you have received a confirmation of order email. You may cancel an order at any point from placing the order up to fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day after delivery of the product(s) to you. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel you order, simply fill out the Returns Form found in the Support section of our website and return the items to us according to our return policy and in line with the Returns Document we will email to you, contact us by email or simply refuse delivery of your order.


Please ensure that you have read our returns policy and understand it fully. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We endeavour to process all refunds for returned goods promptly and so most will be processed on the day we receive goods from you. However, please allow up to fourteen (14) working days  for the refund process to complete.
